LinkSIM Terms of Service

Effective date: 28 August 2026 · Last updated: 28 August 2026
These terms govern use of the LinkSIM marketplace, websites, and mobile apps (package / bundle ID com.linksim.app).

By creating an account or completing a purchase you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Plan-specific coverage, data amounts, validity, and refund rules shown at checkout also apply.

Service

LinkSIM sells travel connectivity plans fulfilled via eSIM or physical SIM Links. Plan availability, coverage, networks, and usage limits are described in the app at purchase time. Server-calculated prices in minor currency units are authoritative. Wholesale provider costs are never shown to customers.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details, keep credentials secure, and complete email verification where required. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you notify us of unauthorized access. You may delete your account from Privacy and data. Active eSIMs and open orders may be affected. After deletion completes you cannot sign in.

Plans and compatibility

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. LinkSIM does not store full card numbers or CVV. You authorize LinkSIM to charge the amount calculated by our servers at checkout, including taxes and discounts where applicable. Apple Pay and Google Pay may be offered where supported. Refunds follow the plan terms shown at checkout and applicable law. Payment success alone does not guarantee provisioning; if provisioning fails after a successful charge we will retry, notify you, and follow refund rules when required.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that threaten security or violate these terms.

Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, including export, deletion, consents, and Do Not Sell or Share controls. Cookie preferences apply on admin and docs web surfaces.

Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Coverage and network quality depend on partner operators. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkSIM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from use of the service or network outages outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including certain consumer rights).
