Privacy Policy
LinkSIM practices data minimization. We collect only what is required to create accounts, process payments, provision eSIM Links, provide support, secure the service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. LinkSIM does not use AdMob or similar third-party advertising SDKs in the app.
Who we are
LinkSIM operates the travel connectivity marketplace described in this policy. Privacy requests: privacy@linksims.com or Support inside the LinkSIM app. For California residents, the same channels serve as your CCPA contact.

Purposes of processing

Retention
We keep account and order records for as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal retention rules. Support conversations and diagnostics are kept for a limited operational window. When you delete your account, we remove or anonymize personal data that is no longer required, except where law requires retention.
Sharing and processors
We share data only with processors that help us run LinkSIM, for example:
- Payment processing (Stripe)
- Connectivity fulfillment partners (for provisioning eSIM / SIM Links)
- Cloud hosting, email delivery, and crash/error monitoring
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not integrate AdMob or other third-party ad networks in the LinkSIM app.

Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Use Privacy and data in the app, or email privacy@linksims.com.
Cookies
Our marketing site and admin console may use necessary cookies for security and to remember cookie preferences. Optional analytics or marketing cookies stay off until you enable them. The mobile app does not rely on browser cookies for core features.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring appropriate to a payments and connectivity product. No security program is perfect; report suspected issues through Support or privacy@linksims.com.
Children
LinkSIM is not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
